HELL YEAH!!!

Have you ever felt like this after a WOD? Ever get so pumped you want to jump on the nearest 24″ box and start fist pumping and screaming, “can I get a hell yea?!”

Good! You should. We work our asses off in here, pushing the limits everyday. Take the time to appreciate your accomplishments, no matter how small they may seem to you at first.

Too often we leave feeling like we should have gone heavier or faster. We leave feeling disappointed that we didn’t get just one more rep. Eff that! Each day you leave, focus on one thing you are proud you did. Maybe you hit triple extension a couple times, or did a pull-up without the band. Are you rocking push-ups now that we are doing them in warm-ups every day? Have you noticed the improvement, or just taken it for granted?

Maybe, despite your crazy schedule, you made it to the gym three times this week. Pat yourself on the back, give yourself a “f*ck yeah!” You’re doing what most don’t, or won’t. The accomplishments that happen within these walls deserve recognition.
