Coaches and Members Weeks!

Every summer for the past two years, we have had a blast with “Coaches” weeks!  Once again this summer we will let some of our coaches take over a week of programming, all for your enjoyment!  We aim to get a funny hashtag for each of our coaches and use it on social media. Our Coaches are working hard on things and we are sure their workouts won’t disappoint! 

In addition to Coaches weeks, we thought it would be fun to take things up a notch and this year add in “Members Week”!  If you have a WOD that you love…a Hero workout, a named “Girl” workout, a workout we have done in the past, one you saw posted on .com or social media, or a cool WOD you made up yourself…send it our way!  Depending on how many submissions we get…we’ll organize the best ones into a week or two of programming and do them here at 203!

Please send workout to Kirk or Melissa by end of next week for consideration!
