Our “guest” weeks of programming will begin this week….Coach Brian leads us off!!! Brian has some fun, varied, and creative workouts on the schedule for the week. You will see a good mix of gymnastics, barbell, strongman and endurance elements. Can’t wait to see how you like it!
Workout ideas and recommendations from the members came in rapid fire at the end of last week and we have to say…….some of you are even sicker than we are! You guys submitted some TOUGH workouts! We will sort through all the entries and organize a week of workouts. Expect them sometime in July!!! Thanks to everyone who took the time to submit a workout.
