We are happy to announce that we will be hosting a Strength and Conditioning camp dedicated to teenagers this summer! Athletes will be able to choose from morning or afternoon classes, and we are offering four sessions in June, July and August. There are discounts for each additional session you sign up for, meaning you will get a better deal the more sessions you can attend! Depending on availability, you can sign up for just one or two sessions, or all four!

These classes are open to teenagers of all levels and backgrounds. No previous CrossFit experience is necessary. The dates and class times are below.

Morning Sessions
Mondays and Wednesdays: 11 am -12 noon.

Afternoon Sessions

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 3-4 pm.

Session 1: June 19-29
Session 2: July 10-20
Session 3: July 24-August 3
Session 4: August 7-17

1 Session: $75
2 Sessions: $120
3 Sessions: $160
4 Sessions: $200
