Kicking off our Nutrition Challenge!

Monday marks the start of our fall Nutrition Challenge!  Our 5 teams are set and ready to go!  For anyone who was hesitant to sign up, we encourage you to follow and play along!  Find a friend to help hold you accountable, maybe make a friendly wager for the winner/loser!

One final re cap of rules.  You have the potential to contribute up 5 pts per week.  You earn 1 pt for getting to the gym at least 3 times each week(week starts Monday, ends Sunday).  1 pt for completing the weekly challenge we announce.  And up to 3 pts for nutrition.  The nutrition rules are simple, for the first 28 days there is no alcohol or any type of added sugar allowed.  The last 2 weeks we loosen the reigns a bit and will allow 1 cheat and 1 drink.  You earn all 3 points for perfect nutrition.  If you have 1 drink you only earn 2 nutrition points that week, or if you have 1 drink and a piece of cake, you only earn 1 point.  Remember challengers you have to write your weekly points next to your name at the end of the week for total team accountability.

Week 1 challenge point will be earned if you complete our Challenge WOD! The WOD will be done all day during classes on Monday.  If you are not able to make it Monday, you will be given the opportunity to get it done during any open gym time this week.  (Not during class time tues-sunday) You must record all reps and scaling in sugar WOD.
