Nutrition challengers!!  Be sure to get your $25 entry fee in by Wednesday.  Grab a coach at some point this week and take waist and hip measurements, as well as a “before” picture.  You could also take your before pictures at home if you are more comfortable.

Mark your calendars and be sure to get to the box Thursday evening. Melissa will be doing a nutrition talk at 7pm to kick things off and answer any food questions you may have.  Natalie has also volunteered to come in and show some healthy food options and recipe ideas from Trader Joes! 

Kettlebell Kitchen will also be at all Thursday evening classes and you will be able to sample some of their food. If you don’t have much time to prep food, or don’t have the energy to cook a healthy meal when you get home after work, Kettlebell Kitchen is a great option!  The food is all Challenge-approved, delicious, easy and they deliver directly to the gym for easy pick-up.  

We will release the Challenge teams by Sunday, but be on the lookout for a facebook private group invite where we will disclose full rules and helpful tips.

For anyone still on the fence, there is still time to sign up and we want to see more names on the board.  Remember…there is NO out-training a crappy diet. You will NEVER look or perform to your full potential until you take charge and clean up your nutrition.  It’s called a “Challenge” for a reason…jump on board while you have the support of the team to make this a successful change!
