Thanksgiving is over….and thank goodness because my stomach can’t handle any more leftover stuffing or wine. And I guess I won’t mention the buttery mashed potatoes and gravy and pie and everything else. AND…… just a reminder about what’s coming up….Christmas. You know Christmas cookies and other treats will be all around you. So let’s focused on the next three weeks. I am coming off a really good Nutrition Challenge so I enjoyed some cheats over the weekend that I didn’t have in a long time. And I felt them during recent workouts. But, time to dial it back in and eat healthy whenever I have control over it. I’m actually looking forward to feeling really good again. I don’t even want any more cheats!
Let’s all make a deal to get back on track Monday morning and commit to hitting the gym in the coming three weeks. It’s a busy time of year…so the effort needs to be put forth to make it a PRIORITY. A priority that will be well worth it, we promise! It will help keep your waistline, your stress levels and your happiness in check.
