Hello 203! We hope you had an amazing Holiday weekend and some relaxation with friends and family. Time to get back to work! For the rest of the week (starting Wednesday) you will see some of your favorite workouts from 2017, voted upon and submitted by the members. This will give you a chance to look back at your results the first time around…..and hopefully beat it this time!

On another note, we recently reached out to the group that did our latest Nutrition Challenge in the fall. All of us had a tough time with our nutrition this past week or so (and possibly more than that!). We have committed to eating perfect for the rest of the week, through Saturday. Time to hit the reset button and have a good week! I need it and YOU need it. No matter who you are, make a plan and try to get your nutrition and alcohol consumption back on point. We are keeping it simple…all you have to do is avoid added sugar, processed foods and alcohol through Saturday.
