CrossFit Classes

Monday – 6:00 am, 9:00 am, Noon, 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm
Tuesday – 6:00 am, 9:00 am, Open Gym Lifting at 4 pm; CrossFit Kids 4:15 pm, 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm
Wednesday – 6:00 am, 9:00 am, Noon, 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm
Thursday - 6:00 am, 9:00 am, CrossFit Kids 4:15 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm
Friday – 6:00 am, 9:00 am, Noon, Masters Class 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm
Saturday – 9:00 am, Competitors Class at 10:00 am
Sunday – 8:30 am Open Gym, 9:00 am,  CrossFit Kids 9:15 am, Masters Class 10:30 am

Fundamentals
7 am Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays
8 am or 10:30 am Monday through Friday
5, 6 or 7 pm Tuesday or Thursday
9 am Saturday
8:30 am or 10:00 am Sunday
1:00 pm Mondays and Wednesdays
*Please contact us if these classes do not fit your schedule, and we will find a time for you. We schedule these classes individually, and can accommodate early mornings, afternoons, evenings and/or weekends.
