Monday – 6:00 am, 9:00 am, Noon, (3 pm Open Gym), 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm
Tuesday – 6:00 am, 9:00 am, Noon, 4:00 pm,  5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, (7:00 pm Olympic Lifting Class)
Wednesday – 6:00 am, 9:00 am, Noon, (3 pm Open Gym), 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm
Thursday - 6:00 am, 9:00 am, Noon, 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm
Friday – 6:00 am, 9:00 am, Noon, 4 pm Gymnastics Class, Masters Class 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm
Saturday – 9:00 am, (10:00 am Competitors Class)
Sunday – (8:00 am Open Gym), 9:00 am, Masters Class 10:30 am

*Looking to add another class time?  Find 3 others who will commit to that time, and we’ll add the class.

CrossFit Kids Classes
Ages 3-6: Thursdays at 5:00 pm
Ages 7-12 Tuesdays at 5:00 pm

Mondays: 7 am or 7 pm
Tuesdays: 6 pm
Wednesdays: 7 am or 7 pm
Thursdays: 7 am or 6 pm
Saturdays: 9 am

*Please contact us if these classes do not fit your schedule, and we will find a time for you. We can schedule these classes individually, or with groups, and can accommodate most early mornings, afternoons, evenings and/or weekends.
