Why CrossFit 203?

Experience. Our coaching staff brings with them years of experience coaching and helping people reach their goals. They have learned from some of the best in the business, including Mark Rippetoe, Mike Burgener, Rob Orlando, John Welbourn, and Raphael Ruiz, just to name a few. All of our Coaches have a minimum of 3 years CrossFit experience, along with multiple CrossFit Certifications

Knowledge. In addition to the numerous CrossFit Certifications that our trainers hold, Melissa Reed is a practicing Physical Therapist with eight years of orthopedic experience. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body, how it works, and how to prevent injuries. If you have any current injuries/issues/special needs, Melissa can tailor a program specifically for you.

Programming. With our years of experience in CrossFit programming, you can be confident knowing that the training you will get at CrossFit 203 will be effective, efficient, and safe. You will notice strength and endurance improvements without worrying about getting hurt or overtrained.
