Want chest to bar pull-ups? Butterfly chest to bar pull-ups? Have pull-ups but want 50 unbroken? Want to learn how to kip HSPUs? How about bar muscle-ups?

Our weekly gymnastics class will help everyone with their non-barbell movements. Coach Monica will choose a different focus each week, ranging from the gymnastics kip, to muscle-ups to handstand walking. No matter the movement, there are different progressions and drills covered to benefit anyone from a new member to experienced CrossFitter.
