Memorial Day is almost here (May 28)! What we have done in recent years is have you all vote on a Hero Workout for us to do. Keep in mind, we are that strange gym that does “Murph” on the Fourth of July instead of Memorial Day. That’s just how we roll. We’ve always done it that way since we opened in 2010, so why not keep it going?! If we are weirdos for that……so be it!!!! If anything, it gives us more time to train and be ready for it!

So your task is to vote among the workouts below. We will post the name of the workouts on the whiteboard at the gym (we don’t have enough room to list the full workouts, some of them are quite long! So look here for reference). We need to ensure everyone votes only once, so write your name next to your WOD of choice on the whiteboard.  The workout with the most votes will be Monday’s workout! By the way, we will have TWO classes Monday morning, 8:30 and 10 am.

SCHEDULE UPDATE!! In other news, we are going to take a hiatus from the Friday evening (4 pm) Gymnastics Class. It has consistently been one of the smaller classes of the entire week for quite a while now, for at least a few months. The 4 pm class on Monday through Thursday has been consistent from week to week, but the Friday class lagging way behind. So, if attendance picks up, we will know that people simply didn’t want a Gymnastics class at that time. If attendance stays really low, we will reevaluate while moving forward.
