The teams are set for this Saturday’s in-house throwdown! See below. The first name listed for each team is the level 3 athlete, followed by the level 2 and the level one. We have already designed the workouts so we know you can all handle the movements no matter what level you are. You have all week to get together with your teams to plan a team name, and decide if you want to do something for the Halloween theme or do team shirts or whatever you want. We hope to see some costumes! (extra bonus points for team spirit!). If you aren’t sure who a teammate is, let us know!!!

We have three workouts planned and will release them all on Wednesday. Depending on the weather may do a fourth so stay tuned! Prizes and bragging rights are up for grabs!

Also, the 800g Nutrition Challenge starts up tomorrow on Monday! We have over 40 people signed up so this is the last call! It’s $25 to enter. We will have cash prizes and other goodies throughout this 4-week challenge. We have created a facebook group for our challengers for all info, questions, and support.  If you did not get the invite please let a coach know!  It’s ALL focused on getting in 800g of fruits and veggies per day. You can still eat anything else you want as long as you focus on the 800g rule. Let us know if you are in! If you haven’t handed in your entry fee yet, please bring your cash by tomorrow.  We are so excited for this! Thanks everyone!
