With our expansion  of the gym into the space next door, one of our big goals is to beef up our CrossFit Kids classes. So much room over there for activities! We already have a good group of youngsters….. the 3-8 age group. They always have so much fun and get some energy out, which I think the parents appreciate (we sure do with Kellen!) The good news is, we plan on adding a second class each week for the youngsters…..Saturday mornings at 9 am. For you parents who like to work out on Saturday morning, your kiddos can now get a workout at the same time.  

We are also going to be adding classes for the 9-14 age group as well. This class will run every Tuesday at 5pm.  We want to set these kids up for a healthy life, success in their respective sports or just get them started with CrossFit style workouts and learning what it is to be healthy and fit! This class will focus on general strength and conditioning, stay tuned for an intro to the barbell class for your teen and tween coming up in March!
