We have a couple of schedule changes in the Annex starting this April!
Our “Sweat” class will now be offered every Wednesday and Friday evening at 5:15 pm. This is a 45 minute HIIT class with a special core cash out! This class is open to any All-Access 203 members, as well as any non members looking for a great workout. No foundations classes or previous experience needed. This is a barbell-free class. We’d love your help in trying to grow this class! As an added incentive we are offering a referral reward for bringing a friend to try our 203 Sweat class! We know you know some people who are looking for a good workout to get in shape, but maybe our regular CrossFit classes scare them a bit. During the month of April for every friend who SIGNS UP, you will receive a $20 discount off your May membership! There are no limits to how many friends you can bring! Our Endurance fitness class will move to Monday at 5 pm. For anyone looking to improve their aerobic capacity, this is a great class to take! Now the weather is getting nice look for running to be added to our current row/bike WODS! We will still have our usual Sunday morning 8 am Endurance class as well.
Our CrossFit Kids classes are going strong and will continue through the school year. For any of our younger kids, we will now require you to register for a specific day (for those who come only 1x a week). Our Kids coaches put in a tremendous effort to lesson plan and having a consistent roster of kids makes things easier for them and it will also be a better experience for the kiddos!
On a final note…the Spring Nutrition Challenge is in final prep mode! We’ll have more details later, but plan for a start date the Monday after Easter!
