Summer is almost here and if you are like us……what the heck are you going to do with the kids all summer??? Hopefully we can help keep them busy and get some energy out while having some fun! We are excited to introduce some new kids programs here at 203!  Space is limited with these new classes, but we will offer to our current members first before opening it to the public! Intro to Strength Training:
Who: Athletes ages 11-15yrs.
What: Class duration is one hour. We will introduce the basics of weightlifting, using front squats, deadlifts, bench press, and power cleans.  The kids will learn proper form and mechanics, and then begin a basic strength program. Each class will finish with a conditioning workout and stretching.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-10:30 am. July 9th- August 15th.
Cost: $150 for the 6-week program.

CrossFit Kids
Who: Kids ages 3-8 years old
When: Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30-10:30am. July 8th- August 14th.
Cost: $120 for the 6-week program for current members. Kids of non-members cost: $165.

New!! Parent & Kid combo class: 12 classes for the kids during our new Monday and Wednesday 9:30 session, while mom or dad get 12 introductory CrossFit classes at that same 9:30am time! This is open to new members only. Cost: $225.

We will also continue to offer our regularly scheduled CrossFit Kids and Tween Classes in the evenings through the summer! Please reserve your child’s spot before June 28 for the summer months!

CrossFit Kids: Thursdays 5pm, Saturdays 9am (this class will start back up starting Saturday, July 6).

CrossFit Tween: Tuesdays 5pm
