For most of you parents, summer is officially here and now it’s time to try to get a schedule together for your little ones in the coming months. Our Tween Intro to Lifting class is officially FULL. Now it’s time to fill our other summer class!  We have added a CrossFit Kids class for 3-8 year olds on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30 am. This class will run in the annex, allowing parents to ALSO get in a workout during the 9:30 class in the main gym. The session starts July 8 and will run for 6 weeks.  The price for this 6-week (12 class) session is $125 for members, $150 for non members.

New to CrossFit? Want to get your kids involved?  We are offering a 6-week pass for both you and your kids to try us out!  Our Monday/Wednesday 9:30am CrossFit class is BEGINNER FRIENDLY, no prior CrossFit experience needed!  Get 6 weeks for both yourself AND your child…you both get to enjoy a workout at the same time!  No need for childcare, take some time this summer to get fitness for the whole family! Even if your child is a current CrossFit kid with us, let us know if you will be adding the summer class for them and we will reserve your spot.

Also a reminder that our usual CrossFit Kids classes will continue in the evenings in July. If your schedule is better in the evenings, we have openings in the following time slots as well.
