Eric has a ton of knowledge and experience when it comes to competing in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.  He will review all the logistics of a meet, what constitutes a good vs. bad lift, and answer any questions or concerns you may have!  Eric will dive into how you can best prepare and strategize, and  how to determine the weights you should attempt.  He’ll talk about mental preparation, and walk you through some of his favorite Olympic weight lifting drills!
