September is here…..schools is back in session, your summer travels are pretty much done, and we hope everyone is getting a feel for their fall schedules! Stay tuned soon for details regarding our Fall Nutrition Challenge, and the start of the 2019 FALL CrossFit Open! Also, specialty classes are back and in full swing! Be sure to get in on the action, or make up the workouts (which will be posted weekly on the annex white board) during Open Gym time!

Get Moving: Tues/Wed/Thurs 6:30 pm; Tues/Thurs 8 am; Sat. 7:30 am
Barbell Club: Monday 5:30 pm, Sunday 9am
Endurance: Sunday 8am
PT Performance Care: Thursday 6 pm
Core Class: Sunday 10am
Strongman: Thursday 4pm
CrossFit Kids: (3yr-7yr): Thursday 5pm
CrossFit Tweens: (9yr-12yr): Tuesday 5pm
As a reminder, our All-Access membership means you can come to as many of these specialty classes as you want, along with unlimited CrossFit classes and Open Gym time. Anyone who is on our 3x a week membership is welcome to join any class for a $20 drop in rate!
