We are one month into our year long celebration of 10 years of fitness at CrossFit 203!
Our first month was a huge success! November was our month of “GIVING” and we are so grateful to our amazing community who helped us in that endeavor.
Our coat drive was a huge success, thank you! And a big thank you to Dallas who has organized, picked up and handed out those coats every year on main street Thanksgiving morning.
Our Fundraiser was also a great success! We were able to raise over $500 for Danbury Youth Services. Thank you to everyone who came out to support and donate for this great cause.
December kicks off our month-long celebration of all your ACHIEVEMENTS during this past year. We are so proud of the hard work that each and everyone of you put in every single day; not only when you come through these doors here at the gym, but for the healthy lifestyle that you all have adapted outside our walls. You truly serve as an inspiration to all of your friends and family, and serve as a great example and deviation from the normal. Unfortunately prioritizing health and fitness is not a common thing in the United States, but with your example we are positive that you’re inspiring people all around you every single day.
We want know what you’re most proud of this past year. Did you get your first pull-up, muscle up? Did you PR your Clean or your Deadlift? Did you participate in your first Open or survive your first nutrition challenge? The whiteboard has been cleaned off and would love to have you write down one, (or more!) of your best and most proud accomplishments in 2019. We want to celebrate with you!
