Rich Boucher!  Coach Rich has been with CrossFit 203 since 2011!  He coaches our Masters classes as well as the Thursday and Friday evening classes!

We have had the pleasure of knowing Rich since 2008 when he started his CrossFit journey! Not only is Rich an amazing athlete, he is an inspiration to anyone who tries to use age as a crutch. More importantly he is an amazing and caring coach! His passion for CrossFit and his empathy and care for the athletes he is working with are undeniable.

Coach Rich was first introduced to CrossFit in 2008 by his wife Mary, and it was love at first lift! Prior to CrossFit, his athletic career consisted of softball and running.

Coach Rich earned his Level 1 CrossFit certificate in 2008 and has been actively involved in learning and helping others since then. Coach Rich has a pretty bad ass CrossFit career as well, In 2010 he set a goal to qualify for the 2011 CrossFit Games as a Masters athlete in the 60+ age division. Not only did he make it to the games in Carson California that year, but he finished in seventh place IN THE WORLD! Rich says that after learning so much about training and achieving fitness goals, especially with older athletes like himself, he was passionate about sharing that experience and training other masters athletes here at CrossFit 203.
