We are SO excited to open back up for indoor classes on Wednesday!!!! It seems like it’s been a year since March, but we are so happy to be back inside the gym. We spent today (and will tomorrow) getting the gym ready to make sure we comply with the rules we have to follow to open back up. Much like our outdoor classes, each person will have a specific work space with a barbell, weights, rower and anything else you need, along with Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer. You will have to stay in your space for the workout….except for certain workouts with running, etc., for which we also have a plan to ensure social distancing and safety.

Please wipe everything down that you touch after your workout, and we will sanitize your stall mat before the next class. The club room will be closed for now, and we again ask that you don’t congregate between classes to avoid large “groups” being in and around the gym. On a similar note, please to not arrive too early (or late) to class.  Bathrooms WILL be open, but shower facilities will not be open yet.

Masks are not required, we have set the gym up to allow a full 12ft of distance between athletes.  We ask that you come to the gym only when you are feeling 100% healthy, and continue to practice safe social distancing.

We will have a cap of 12 people per class so continue to bookmark and sign up for classes HERE!!!!

Our class schedule will be similar to our outdoor classes and will remain the same thru June. We also need to keep classes to 45 minutes to ensure we have time to clean and sanitize between classes.

We do have a few additions to announce. The first is the addition of a Barbell Class with Coach Eric at 5:30 pm on Fridays. There will not be a “regular” class that day to make room for this class. We will be starting up a Strongman Class again hopefully next week on Thursdays at 4:30 pm. Stay tuned. The 6 am classes have been consistently full so we added another one on Thursdays. We now have 6 am classes Monday thru Friday.

This will be a bit of a continued learning curve for us all.  We welcome any and all feedback as we get back to inside programming.
