We have a number of news and notes to share as August comes to a close and September arrives!!!!
We will be hosting another Level 1 Seminar this weekend so the gym will be closed. We will have class at 9 am both Saturday and Sunday at the Brookfield High School Track instead. No sign up needed, just show up!!!
Labor Day is one week away so we will have a modified schedule on Monday, Sept. 7. We included two classes that morning at 8:30 and 9:30. If they fill up, we will add another class at 10:30 am as well. Head into acuity and sign up if you plan on being there!
Another schedule note is we will be adding back some 5 am classes, on Mondays and Wednesdays. First 5 am will be Wednesday, Sept. 9. If they prove to be popular we are open to adding one Friday as well.
NEWS AND NOTES:
Just a reminder that specialty classes (Strongman, Barbell, Yoga) are FREE for anyone with unlimited membership. They will count as a class for 3-times a week membership, or you can pay a $20 drop in fee. If you plan on attending these classes regularly, get yourself an unlimited membership ASAP!
On a similar note, Open Gym time is included with unlimited membership only. If you plan on taking advantage of Open Gym time, let us know and upgrade to unlimited!
As for Yoga with Paula, the gym has to be cleaned and set up for the seminar this coming Friday evening so we won’t be able to host yoga. Luckily, Paula has agreed to host the class at her house! If you are interested, contact us or Paula and reserve a spot and get her address. We can loan out yoga mats so sign one out if you need it.
We will be adding a CrossFit Kids class for the 3-7 age group. It will be coached by Sarah and will take place Mondays at 5:30 pm in the annex. First class will be Monday, Sept. 14.
We will be looking to add more Tween classes if we get some interest, seeing that so many sports will not be played this fall. Reach out to us if you are interested! CrossFit Kids will be a great way to keep your son or daughter active and healthy without their usual sport and gym class routine. Right now we have one class Tuesdays at 4:30 pm.
This is Kirk talking to you. One of the things I really dislike is dealing with membership. I don’t like asking people for money or chasing someone down who is late with membership. I mean, I really hate it. If you have had issues with handing in membership on time, please please please sign up for auto pay. We are going to start requiring membership to be in by the 5th each month, or we will take a $15 late fee. Another thing I hate, doing the books, will be easier if membership is set and done for EVERYONE early in the month. The link for auto pay is below. Let me know if you have any issues with it.
