CrossFit Masters
For athletes ages 40+, our Masters classes take on CrossFit WODs with the same enthusiasm and determination as members half their age. Includes extended warm-ups, scaling as needed and extra focus on mobility and injury prevention.
Competitors Class
Looking compete in CrossFit competitions? We have experience training athletes in everything from local throwdowns, to the Open, to Regionals and even the CrossFit World Games. Let us help you get ready!
Foundations
New to CrossFit? Our Foundations class will familiarize you with the equipment and movements that we use at CrossFit 203, while also gradually exposing you to the intensity of our workouts. You’ll get personalized attention through 3-4 sessions.
CrossFit Kids
Keep your kids and teens healthy and moving with varied workouts customized to be inclusive and scalable for any participant at any level. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids coaches.
Barbell Club
Ready to smash your PRs? Improve your proficiency with the barbell in our weekly Olympic Weight Lifting class. This structured program will help both the beginner and the more experienced lifter get to the next level.
Gymnastics
Want chest to bar pull-ups, string HSPUs or achieve your first bar muscle-up? Our weekly gymnastics class will help new CrossFitters as well as seasoned vets with different progressions and drills designed to improve your strength, agility and flexibility.
Get Moving
Aimed specifically for people age 55+ looking to START an exercise program, Get Moving focuses on improving functional strength, endurance and flexibility for beginner athletes. We also emphasis balance and functional training to help maintain strong and independent living.
Endurance
You won’t see any weights in this class, but a whole lot of running, rowing, assault bikes, jump rope and more (possibly even burpees!) that will all help your endurance and conditioning. These classes are held Sunday mornings at 8 am. Be prepared to sweat!!
Nutrition
Do you want to add muscle? Get lean? Lose weight? Add weight? Or is your sole focus just to perform better at the gym? Nutrition is a huge aspect of all of the above. We can help you with whatever your goals may be.
Personal Training
Prefer to train in a one-to-one setting or small group? Scheduling a problems with standard classes. Personal training may be your answer. Get the attention and customized workout you are looking for.
Strongman
Tire flips, sled pulls and pushes, farmer carries, atlas stones and sandbags, sledge hammer hits. Yes, we do some of these things in CrossFit once in awhile, but you will guarantee to see them in our Strongman class.
