You won’t see any weights in this class, but a whole lot of running, rowing, assault bikes, jump rope and more (possibly even burpees!) that will all help your endurance and conditioning. These classes are held Sunday mornings at 8 am. Come prepared to sweat!!!!

Part of our Specialty Class program, Endurance is free for anyone who is an unlimited member at 203, $20 per class drop in for anyone else.
