Everybody is required to complete our Foundations classes before joining our group classes. Foundations will familiarize you with the equipment and movements that we use at CrossFit 203, while also gradually exposing you to the intensity of our workouts. You’ll attend 3-4 training sessions, depending on your fitness level and experience with CrossFit. Contact us to schedule your Foundations today:

  • Monday: 7 am or 7 pm
  • Tuesday: 6 pm
  • Wednesday: 7 am or 7 pm
  • Thursday: 7 am or 6 pm
  • Saturday: 9 am

*Please contact us if these classes do not fit your schedule, and we will find a time for you. We can schedule these classes individually or with groups, and can accommodate most early mornings, afternoons, evenings and/or weekends.

Anyone with previous CrossFit experience who would like to “test out” of Foundations should contact us to schedule a free class. If you come in with a good attitude and have sound technique, you can jump into group sessions right away.
