The Get Moving class is aimed specifically for people age 55 and over who are looking to START an exercise program.
This class is led by Coach Melissa and Coach Michelle, who have a combined 25 years of experience in fitness. In addition, Melissa has a broad background working with men and women age 55 and up as both a Physical Therapist and a personal trainer.
Each session will focus on improving functional strength, endurance and flexibility for beginner athletes. There will also be an emphasis on balance and functional training to help maintain strong and independent living.
