Our kids program is awesome. It’s ultimate goal is to make fitness fun and safe for your children. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids. We have a 3-5 year old, 6-9 year old and Tween class.
Personal Training
Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.
